Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the ph646a website accessible at ph646a.cam, including all games, tools, services, promotions, and features available therein.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration and eligibility verification process.
• "Player Funds" means any amount of money deposited by a Player into their ph646a Wallet, including any bonus funds subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Play" means any wager placed using deposited funds (non-bonus) held in the Player's Wallet.

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing gaming activities in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the ph646a Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The ph646a Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration, as mandated by PAGCOR regulations and the applicable Philippine laws governing online gaming. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.

2.2 Residency and Jurisdiction

2.3 Registration Requirements

You must also create a unique, confidential password. ph646a reserves the right to require additional verification documents at any time.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) active ph646a Account. Registering or operating more than one Account — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. ph646a employs technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all related Accounts will be suspended without notice, and all Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

03 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph646a login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ph646a will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

ph646a is required under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all Players. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, or PRC ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement not older than three months), and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

ph646a reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of: suspected fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, non-compliance with KYC requirements, suspected collusion or match-fixing, use of automated betting software or bots, or any activity that ph646a reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph646a accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, 7-Eleven (payment terminals), and QR Ph-enabled banking apps. ph646a does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or payments through unverified third-party processors.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your ph646a Wallet within thirty (30) seconds. Deposits via bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to fifteen (15) minutes during standard banking hours. ph646a does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply transaction fees independent of ph646a. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes during business hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days. ph646a reserves the right to perform additional security and compliance checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name.

4.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds are not available for direct withdrawal. Bonus Funds must meet the applicable Wagering Requirements specified in the relevant promotion's terms before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds before meeting Wagering Requirements will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ph646a offers various promotions and bonuses to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. General bonus principles applicable to all ph646a promotions include the following:

• Each promotion is available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria are specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, household, IP address, and payment method applies.
• Wagering Requirements must be satisfied within the time period specified for the promotion. Unmet requirements at expiry result in automatic forfeiture of Bonus Funds.
• ph646a reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where a promotion period has been explicitly stated and a Player has already opted in.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-variance gameplay patterns specifically designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinated multi-account exploitation — is prohibited and will result in bonus cancellation and may result in Account termination.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash outside of applicable wagering completion.

06 Gaming Rules & Conduct

6.1 Game Integrity

All games available on ph646a — including live dealer games, slots, table games, sports betting markets, and bingo — are operated according to published rules. RNG-based games use certified Random Number Generators audited by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games are sourced from licensed providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, who are subject to independent regulatory oversight.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or network failure that results in an interrupted game session, ph646a will endeavor to restore the game to the state immediately prior to the malfunction. Where restoration is not possible, the wager placed in the affected round will be returned to the Player's Wallet. ph646a shall not be liable for any wins or losses that result from a verified technical malfunction.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph646a and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical device to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with games
• Collusion with other players, dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which wagers are placed on ph646a
• Chip-dumping or deliberate transfer of funds between colluding accounts in casino games
• Money laundering or use of ph646a for any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended)
• Chargebacks initiated through a payment provider without first exhausting ph646a's internal dispute resolution process
• Misrepresentation of identity or submission of fraudulent KYC documentation
• Any form of harassment, threats, or abusive conduct directed at ph646a staff, live dealers, or other players
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain financial advantage — any such gains must be reported and will be reversed

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph646a Platform — including but not limited to the ph646a brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and audiovisual elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of ph646a or its licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the ph646a Platform or its content without prior written authorization from ph646a. Unauthorized use of ph646a's intellectual property constitutes infringement and may result in civil and criminal liability under Philippine intellectual property law.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

ph646a collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including Republic Act No. 10173 (the Data Privacy Act of 2012) as implemented by the National Privacy Commission. By using ph646a, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the ph646a Privacy Policy.

ph646a implements technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies (including PAGCOR), law enforcement authorities (where legally required), and licensed third-party service providers who support platform operations, subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph646a, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage or system failure.

ph646a's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Players may close their Account by contacting ph646a support. ph646a may terminate a Player's Account with or without cause, subject to providing reasonable notice where practicable, except in cases of serious misconduct, fraud, or regulatory requirement where immediate termination without notice may occur.

Upon termination, any verified, unwagered Real Money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC and compliance checks. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, dispute resolution, and limitation of liability clauses — shall remain in force.

12 Disputes & Governing Law

12.1 Internal Complaints Process

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through ph646a's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with the applicable regulatory complaint procedures. ph646a will fully cooperate with any PAGCOR-initiated review or mediation process.

12.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Subject to the dispute resolution process above, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

13 Amendments

ph646a reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of ph646a after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current effective version of the Terms is always accessible at ph646a.cam/terms-conditions. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
